The Sage GatesheadThe Sage Gateshead is an international music centre for musical education, performance and conferences. It includes two auditoria, a rehearsal space and a 25 room Music Education Centre. The spaces are linked by a covered concourse along the waterfront and the landmark building is enclosed by a glass and steel shell. The building took ten years of detailed planning and was designed after extensive consultations with musicians, audiences, music presenters and promoters. Metro Radio ArenaMetro Radio Arena is the largest concert and exhibition centre in the North East of England capable of supporting the very best in entertainment. Sunderland EmpireThe Sunderland Empire is a large theatre venue based in Sunderland. It is the one of the only theatres in the North of England which is large enough to accommodate large-scale West End touring productions. The auditorium is also one of the few remaining in the UK to have four tiers, namely the Orchestra Stalls, the Dress Circle, the Upper Circle and the Gallery.
